1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Rawad Al-Ilm platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform.

2. Registration & Account

You must be an adult (18 years or older) to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur through it.

3. Courses & Content

All course content is protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or reselling any content without prior written permission from the institute is prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

A refund can be requested within 7 days of course enrollment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Fees for completed courses are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Conduct

Strictly prohibited: harassment, inappropriate posting, attempting to hack the system, violating others rights. Violations result in immediate account termination.

6. Certificates

Certificates are awarded after completing course requirements. Rawad Al-Ilm Institute is licensed by KHDA Dubai and its certificates are officially recognized in the UAE.

7. Modification of Terms

The institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Dubai.
